| Abstract: | In this paper,a new topologic forecasting method of tropical storms over the South china Sea is proposed based on a new theory of grey systems.And the prediction of the first tropical storm over the South china Sea in the forthcoming ten years is also made.The results can provide reference for the long-range forecasting of tropical storms. |
