垫形皮丝藻及其生殖器官的研究

作者对广东的潮阳海门,海丰遮浪及湛江硇洲岛等地采到的大量垫形皮丝藻Dermonema plvinata (Gruno ω)Fan对其形态构造及生殖器官作了研究,发现它一般为雌雄异体,少数为雌雄同体。精子囊一般着生在同化丝顶端细胞下位的第1、2个细胞的侧面,但少数也可着生在顶端细胞上。果胞枝由2—7个细胞组成,偶然也发现8个或12个细胞的,一般为侧生,少数顶生或对生,也有分枝状的果胞枝,而且果胞枝可长出同化丝或根样丝,少数果胞具有双受精丝或双果胞的变异,成熟的产孢丝为放散状或蔓生。

STUDIES ON THE REPRODUCTIVE ORGANS OF DERMONEMA PULVINATA (GRUNOW) FAN

We were collected many specimens of Dermonema pulvinata from Guangdong Prov. in 1980-1983. They grew on rocks in the upper and middle intertidal zone.The study on the development of the reproductive organs of D. pulvinata was conducted by Fan in 1962. and Chin in 1982. According to the results of our studies on the reproductive ongans of this alga, they are generally the same as that in Fan and Chin 'sreport, but we have also observed that thalli are dieocious and a few monocious. The carpogonial branches of female thalli are often laterally, a few terminally borne on the assimilatory filaments consist of 2-7 cells, sometimes 8 or 12 cells. Some carpogonial branches are borne assimilatory filaments or rhizoids. Some of them are branched.
