PROGRESS IN THE USE OF SEISMIC METHODS IN THE EXPLORATION OF THE EARTH'S CRUST

A report about three seismic projects with their first results in the exploration of the deep subsurface rocks of the Central Europe and the Alps. In addition a summary is given of the crustal and structure of the different continents based on literature about similar work done in other countries and continents.
