基于KJ法的北极航线问题研究

北极航线问题属于很难获得定量信息，真正需要咨询专家解决的问题。针对在处理北极航线问题中遇到的复杂和异常现象．将系统分析中的KJ法应用于北极航线问题研究中．制作了36张包含与北极航线问题相关的信息卡片，最后得到北极航线问题的结构模型图。并归纳提炼出了具体对策。应用结果表明，KJ法能够充分体现群体的创造性思维并将之有序化．能很好地应用于包括系统战略在内的各种自然、社会、经济以及复合系统的综合集成研究中。

Research on Arctic Route Issue Basin based on KJ method

With regard to complicated and abnormal issues in the Arctic route, this paper brings forward KJ method which is a direct qualitative analysis method designed by Kawakida Jir in 1986. It is an ideal processor for meaning from extensive information. Applying it to the arctic route issue, it has been written by the participants whose ideas about the relative problems on 36 different tags. The structural model of the arctic route issue has been established by KJ method. The experiment results indicate that KJ method is of use to establish an orderly system from chaos of information, and cooperative works toward innovation. It is helpful to apply it in systematization research of all kinds of system including nature, society, economy system and comprehensive system.
