| Abstract: | In view of needs of preventing wind, sand and flood along the railway line and setting up of gale monitoring system ,It is discussed how to ensure the safety of running trains under the conditions of severe weather and climate. And put forward that monitoring, forecasting and early warning system for severe weather is established along the railway line. |
