摘    要:气动潜孔锤是一种高效的凿岩工具,应用广泛,但气动潜孔锤存在着能量利用率低、耗气量大等缺陷。提出的差动容积式气动潜孔锤,完全改变了传统气动潜孔锤的双面配气结构,从机理性的层面保证了新型气动潜孔锤的节气、节能和高效的特点;预计其能量利用率比已有的潜孔锤提高20%,工效提高20%。

Abstract:Pneumatic DTH hammer has disadvantage of low energy efficiency and high air consumption. Differential-volume DTH was presented in the paper, which was totally different to traditional pneumatic DTH hammer with two-side inlet-exhausted structure, the energy efficiency and work efficiency are anticipated 20% higher than DTH hammer.
