| 摘 要： | 北京遥测地震台网在与美国地质调查局的合作项目中，从１９８３年以来正式运行了一套由美方提供的地震实时监测处理系统。在对该系统的运行，管理，维护和使用中，发现了一些问题与不足之处。因此，针对情况充分运用计算机特点，并采用自动控制流程方式，使该系统功能优化，管理系统化，处理自动化。

| Abstract: | The Beijing Telemetering Seismic Network has used an earthquake real time pro-cess system provided by the USGS in cooperation with China since 1983.During the op-eration,maintain and use,we have found some problems. For the sake of this,we haveused the advantage of computer and the method of antomatic controlled flowchart so asto make the system function superior,systematize the management,automate the pro-cess. |
