高密度城市绿地规划模式研究--以广州市为例

西方的许多城市规划理论和学说都探讨了绿地规划模式,中国的绿地规划思想也经历了从古典园林到山 水城市的发展,这些均能给予中国城市绿地规划模式研究的许多启示.文中以广州市为例,分析了高密度城市绿地规划实践中的现有若干模式、存在问题;基于高密度城市绿地规划的困境,建议将"立体开发"模式作为高密度城市绿地规划的一般性理论模式,并对应用这一理念涉及到的一些问题作了初步探讨.

PLANNING MODEL OF GREENBELT IN DENSELY POPULATED CITY--A Case Study of Guangzhou

The issues of planning models of urban greenbelt have been often discussed in a lot of Hesperian theories of urban planning, and planning ideas of greenbelt have developed from 'classic garden' to 'Town of Scenery with Hills and Waters' in Chinese doctrine, those have offered much reference to Chinese practice of urban greenbelt planning. However, a lot of disappointment exists in practice of urban greenbelt planning in China, especially in some metropolitan areas. In Guangzhou, the city of the case study,there are scarce greenbelt areas, which are of neither good ecological benefit nor good accesibity, and distributed imbalancedly in urban areas. Seriously, the models employed currently make Guangzhou be in a dilemma, higher economic benefit with shortage in greenbelt, or vice versa. So, a solid-developing model, as a general model to settle planning troubles of greenbelt in densely populated city, is presented, and some key issues on the model application are discussed.
