陕西省榆林市能源效率与经济发展水平时空耦合分析

基于DEA模型、熵权TOPSIS法、耦合度模型及耦合协调指数,研究2005—2015年陕西省榆林市能源效率、经济发展水平及二者的耦合协调关系。结果表明:(1)2005—2015年,榆林市能源总体效率呈上升趋势。神木县、靖边县、定边县一直处于DEA有效,但DEA有效的县域数量少于规模报酬递增县域的数量。(2)榆林市经济发展综合指数均值呈现先回落后回升态势,且变化幅度较大;南六县的经济发展水平明显低于北六县的经济发展水平。(3)榆林市绝大部分县域能源效率与经济发展水平的综合耦合关系属于低协调分离阶段,但正在向高协调耦合阶段转移。(4)北六县的能源效率与经济发展水平的综合协调度明显高于南六县,呈现由南向北逐步递增的规律。

Spatio-temporal Coupling Analysis of Energy Efficiency and Economic Development in Yulin City,Shaanxi Province

Based on the DEA model , entropy weight-TOPSIS, coupling model and coupling coordination in-dex , this paper makes an empirical study on the coordination and coupling of energy efficiency , economic develop-ment and the relationship between the two in Yulin during 2005—2015.The results show:(1) From 2005 to 2015, the overall energy efficiency of Yulin City is on the rise .Though Shenmu County , Jingbian County , Dingbian Coun-ty have possessed effective DEA , there are less counties that own effective DEA than those which enjoy increasing income.(2) The index of average economic development in Yulin City tends to rise after a fall with wide rangeabili -ty.The economic development of six southern counties is obviously lower than that of six counties north .(3) While the comprehensive coupling relationship between energy efficiency and economic development of most counties in Yulin City is at the stage of low coordination separation , it is transferring to a higher one .( 4) With a tendency of increase from south to north , the comprehensive coordination degree of energy efficiency and economic development in six northern counties is apparently higher than that of the six southern counties .
