聚合物溶液在渗流过程中机械降解数学模型

摘    要:针对在渗流过程中聚合物溶液机械降解问题,提出计算聚驱过程中聚合物相对分子质量模型,引入降解因子概念,给出计算渗流过程中聚合物相对分子质量数学模型及其模型验证.结果表明,新模型的计算结果与实验数据的计算结果吻合程度很高;共选取9组实验数据进行对比计算,其中7组实验数据所计算的结果与用新模型计算的结果之间的误差小于5%.聚合物分子的降解程度与降解因子之间有密切联系,即随降解因子的增加,聚合物分子降解程度也不断增加;降解程度呈现先迅速增加后趋于平缓的现象,渗流过程中相对分子质量呈现前期迅速下降后期趋于稳定的规律.新模型可准确描述渗流过程中聚合物相对分子质量变化过程.

Mathematical model of mechanical degradation of the polymer solution in the flooding process

Abstract:Aiming at the mechanical degradation of polymer solution,a model to calculate the polymer molecular weight in the flooding process was established.A concept which is named degradation factor was introduced combined with a mathematical model being established to calculate the polymer molecular weight in the seepage process.It was shown that the calculation results of the new model fitted perfectly with the experiment data.9 sets of data were singled out to compare the results,7 of them had errors less than 5 percent.The degree of the polymer molecules degradation is closely linked with the degradation factor.As the degradation factor increases,the degradation degree increases.The degree of the polymer molecules degradation increases rapidly,and then levels off;the molecular weight declines rapidly in the early stage and becomes stable in the late stage.The new model can accurately describe the variation of polymer molecular weight in the seepage process.
