| Abstract: | The paper discusses the significance of national on-the-spot check of mining rights and the role GIS plays within.Meanwhile the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of MAPGIS,ARCGIS,AutoCAD,South CASS and KYQHC which are applied to the data processing and lastly the application of GIS to on-the-spot check of mining rights is reviewed. |
