真空预压法加固吹填土的沉降试验研究

摘    要:大面积吹填软土过程中,排水固结方法处理软土地基的效果最好。但当吹填土为初始含水率大于120%软黏性土时,固结效果不良。为了优选吹填土固结方案,提高固结效率,室内模型试验设置4个模型箱,将2组排水板和2种排水板间距组合,进行正交试验。采用双曲线模型、指数模型、以及修正指数模型对沉降量进行预测。比较后得到4种试验方案中采用国产B型排水板、间距40cm时的吹填土表面沉降量最大,其沉降量采用修正指数模型拟合效果最好,预计吹填土在此排水状态下达到固结度90%耗费的时间最短,为预测吹填土工后沉降量提供参考。

Abstract:Drainage consolidation is the best way to deal with large area of soft ground.But the effects of consolidation are adverse when the dredger fill is soft clay which initial moisture content is above 120%.In order to improve the efficiency and to optimize the progress of dredger fill consolidation,an orthogonal test was done.There were 4 test chambers installed in lab,including 2 kinds of drain pipes and 2 distances between drain pipes.Hyperbola model,exponential model and the amendments index model were used to predict the amount of the settlement.Comparison 4 kinds of tests,the largest surface settlement of dredger fill were found when using the domestic B-type drain pipe with spacing 40cm.And its settlement has the best modified exponential model.In this case the shortest time-consuming with 90% degree of consolidation was predicted for reference settlement.
