| 摘 要： | 资源型城市是依托资源开发而兴起或发展壮大的城市，其经济具有很强的资源导向性。资源型城市的产业转型是一个世界性的难题。本文首先分析了资源型城市产业转型存在的主要障碍，在对发达国家资源型城市产业转型的理沧和实践进行深入研究的基础上，提出了我国同类城市产业转型可资借鉴的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Resource -based city arises or develops on the basis of resource exploitation, so its economy is strongly resource - oriented. The industrial transformation of the resource - based city is a world -wide problem. This essay analyzes the main impediments in the transformation, then probes into the theory and practice of the transformation of the similar cities in different developed countries, finally some suggestions is put forword for the development of Resource - based cities in China. |
