长江三角洲21世纪食物保障问题及对策

近年来，长江三角洲粮油等主要食物的供需平衡比较困难，其它食物生产存在一些问题，保障食物供给已成为长江三角洲可持续发展的重要问题之一。文章分析了长江三角洲食物保障的现状、问题，并重新构建了长江三角洲的食物保障体系，对确保长江三角洲可持续发展的食物供给有重要的意义。

The Food Guarantee of the Changjiang Delta in the Twenty First Century: Problems and Countermeasures

In the Changjiang delta, the level of food productivity is very high, but the yield of grain can't meet the demand of social and economic development, oil product is especially in shortage. In the twenty first Century, the food guarantee of the Changjiang delta has the following problems: 1. The area of farmland is descending year after year. 2. The comparative profit of food production is low. 3. The capacity of agricultural technique is weaken to some extent. 4. The contradiction between production and market is prominent. 5. The soil quality becomes worse. To solve these problems, the food guarantee system must be rebuilt with more emphases on field, fund, science and technology, market, organization, policy and institution. The detailed countermeasures as following: to keep the soil area stable, provide the sufficient fund and the science and technology, rebuild the agricultural microeconomic organization, consummate the food marketing system, reform farmland institution and give the food production some preferential policy etc.
