| 摘 要： | 在分析了单机环境下的城市防震减灾信息系统的局限性的基础上，把防震减灾和WebGIS有机结合，对基于WebGIS的城市防震减灾信息系统进行了研究，阐述了基于WebGIS的城市防震减灾信息系统的总体框架，分析了系统的功能模块组成，研究了系统各模块的功能以及设计方法。
