| 摘 要： | 由于祁县地下水多年来一直处于超采状况,致使平川区地下水位大面积下降,部分水井干枯,水资源供需存在严重的矛盾。本文通过对祁县超采现状及调控对策分析,以水资源可持续利用的理念,提出了解决水资源供需矛盾的对策。

| Abstract: | It has always been the groundwater-overexploited situation in QiCounty,which caused to the groundwater level drop in a large area in the Pingchuan,some wells dry up,water supply and demand exist serious contradiction.The artiCle is based on analysis of the Overdraft Status and Control Measures this area,for the concept of sustainable utilization of water resources,puts forward countermeasures how to solve water supply and demand conflicts. |
