红外光谱差示因子定量法

摘    要:作者从理论上证明差示因子f,代表两个同组分不同浓度的样品,在相同吸收谱带处光密度之比(浓度之比)为f=E_1(v)/E_2(v)=C_1/C_2。配制一个至一套(数个)标样即可进行差示因子法定量,差示因子由计算机处理图谱获得,因此,本方法快速、简便,省去了配制大量参比样的繁琐,也比工作曲线法方便。

Abstract:It has been confirmed that the differential factor is theoretically the ratio of absorbances for two samples with the same components and at the same wavelength, i. e., the ratio of their concentrations: f=E_1(v)/E_2(v)=C_1/C_2. After preparing one or a set of standards, quantitative analysis of minerals or other materials can be made. Differential factor will be displayed automatically by a computer. Experimental results are presented in this paper. Obviously, the method has the advantages of rapidity, simplicity and accuracy. No reference disk is needed.
