锦屏-官地临时地震台网的特殊性

摘    要:二滩水电开发有限责任公司所属的锦屏二级水电站和官地水电站,于2009年9月组建了由4个台站和1个数据处理中心构成的锦屏官地临时地震台网。该台网有两方面的特殊性:①数据处理方面,如:人工取数、人工合并数据、人工挑选地震等特殊性;②该台网存在布局不合理和台站数量偏少的特殊性。这些特殊性增加了人工工作量,且严重影响了地震监测能力和地震定位。结合西昌地震台网后,既提高了l临时地震台网的监测能力,又大幅提高了地震定位的精度,同时为水电站业主节约了台网建设成本,赢得了水库蓄水前天然地震活动的监测时间。

Abstract:Jinping- II hydropower project and Guandi hydropower project belong to Ertan Hydropow- er Development Company, Ltd. They built Jinping-Guandi temporary seismic network in Sep 2009. There are 4 stations and 1 data process center. The notable characteristics of Jinping- Guandi temporary seismic network are that all daily routines, such as achieving data, mer- ging data, choosing event from continuous data, and transfering data to Xiehang Seismic Network for earthquake location, should deal with by hand, and there are few stations in the network with poor layout. Although these disadvantages increase greatly the manual work- load, and decrease the earthquake monitoring and locating capability, they save the costs of seismic network construction for owner, and acquire time of inspecting natural earthquake activity before reservoir loading water. After merging with the professional Xichang Seismic Network, the monitoring capability and precision of earthquake location of the temporary network are improved greatly.
