摘    要:硅锂半导体探测器在常规X射线光谱分析中已得到广泛应用,目前已发展多种非常规X射线探测器,如四叶花瓣型Ge探测器、Si漂移与电耦合阵列探测器、超导探测器、CdZnTe探测器、钻石探测器和无定型硅探测器等。文章对其工作原理、进展和应用等作了介绍。

Abstract:The energy detectors have undergone great improvements in the last decade. With respect to their working principles, technique characteristics and applications, several innovative energy detectors were reviewed, including the clover-leaf Ge detector, the silicon drift and charge coupled detector, the superconducting tunnel junction detector and the transition edge sensor microcalorimeters, CdZnTe detector, the chemical vapor deposition diamond detector, the amorphous silicon detector, as well as the thermoelectric cooler.
