摘    要:以黄河口为研究对象,通过对温度、盐度、平衡时间、悬浮物含量等模拟河口现场条件,对黄河口磷酸盐的缓冲机制进行了探讨。黄河口悬浮物对磷酸盐的吸附和解吸一般在4-5h后就已趋于平衡;随着水体悬浮物含量的增加,对磷酸盐的吸附-解吸量呈指数形式下降,粒度减小使吸附量-解吸量呈指数形式增加;盐度对解吸量的影响程度大于吸附量,最大吸附和最小解吸出现在低盐度区;温度对吸附-解吸平衡的影响较大,随温度升高吸附量和解吸量均呈线性关系增加,且平衡时间有所延长。

Abstract:Phosphate buffer mechanism in Huanghe hiver estuary are discussed in this paper. effect of adsorphon and desor ption of phosphare by different sizes of Huanhe fover estua suspended Particles (suspended matter and resuspended sediments) were investigated by means of simulated experiments of HUanhe estuary in the laboratory, Under the various conditions temperatUre, salihity, equllibrous hme and content of Particles. The resultS indicate that l) the at and desorb rates of phosphate by suspended Particles are fairiy raPid in the first few ndnutes, 1 will slow down and equllibrium is reached in 4-5 hours; 2) the adsoth and desorb amountsphosphate decrease in an exPOnential form while thc content of Particle increases; 3) when the of prtcle decreases, the adsorb and desorb amoUnts of phosphate increase exponntially; 4) generally,the adsorb amount decreases and the desorb amount increases with an increase in salinit, and variation scope of desorb amount is relatively laree; maximum adsorption and minimum desorptionare in the ranpe of low salinity (about 2-3), and 5) temperature has a great effect on adsorption and desorption, if temperabe increases, then the adsorb and desorb axnounts of phosphate increase in a linear form, and the equllibrous time tends tO be long.
