| 摘 要： | 目的:分析CT对胰腺及胰周囊性病变的鉴别诊断价值。方法:对71例经手术、病理证实的胰腺囊性病变均行CT平扫及增强检查。结果:胰腺假性囊肿18例,胰腺先天性囊肿7例,胆总管囊肿9例,淋巴管瘤4例,浆液性囊腺瘤11例,胰腺粘蛋白性囊性肿瘤8例,胰腺导管内乳头状粘蛋白性肿瘤6例,胰腺癌囊性变8例。结论:了解胰腺及胰周囊性病变的CT特征从而作出鉴别诊断,指导临床决策。

| Abstract: | Objective: To identify the differential diagnosis value of CT in the pancreatic and pancreatic periph cystic disease. Methods: The CT features of surgery and pathology proved pancreatic cystic disease in 71 patient were reviewed retrospectively, and were comparatively studied with the results of operation and pathology.
