大比例尺地图扫描数字化软件的研制

介绍的大比例尺地形图扫描数据处理系统ＬＳＭＳＳ，是利用扫描仪将地图输入计算机，以图像处理技术，实现了从栅格数据到矢量数据格式，根据大比例尺地形图特点，利用已测坐标点，进行分块局部纠正的数字化方法，以提高数字化后图精度，并消 除地形图要素间的互位置的矛盾。

Study on the Software of Large-Scale MapDigitizing Based on Scanned Images

In this paper, a method for disitizing on the maps with a scanner is devel-oped. The algorithms of thinning, digitizing and automatic aimming are researched.According to characteristic of Large-Scale map, a digitizing method of partial correc-tion with coordinated point (control point or detail point) is discussed to raise the accu-racy of digitizing results and remove the contradictory of site in map element.
