| 摘 要： | 目的：初步探讨64层双源CT颈部动脉成像优化方案。方法：将60例行颈部CTA检查的患者随机分为A、B两组,每组30例。所有患者对比剂注射速率均为4.0mL/s,使用自动触发技术,阈值设为120Hu,达到峰值后延迟4s扫描,A采用足向头方向的扫描方案,B组采用头向足方向的优化方案,其他参数相同,扫描后数据传至工作站做后处...
