| 摘 要： | 在分析海洋地理信息系统的研究背景后,总结了海洋地理信息系统研究的主要内容。通过对现有海洋地理信息系统时空数据组织模型的研究分析,以实用、高效的海洋时空数据的组织管理和应用为目标,提出了海洋地理信息系统时空数据组织模型,并对本模型构建的关键技术支撑进行详细的评述。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the study background of MGIS,the authors summarizes the main content of MGIS.And through studying and analyzing the existing Marine GIS spatial-temporal data organizing models,comes up the Marine GIS spatial-temporal data organizing model,aiming to manage and apply marine spatial-temporal data practically and efficiently,and comments the key technical support of the model construction detailedly. |
