企业员工激励机制的建立

摘    要:建立有效的激励机制对企业人力资源管理以及对企业的发展、壮大等具有重要的现实意义。分析了目前大多数企业常用激励机制的模式、内容、现状、存在问题,及由不合理的激励机制而带来的负面效应和弊病,并就如何建立和实施企业有效激励机制并结合自身的实际工作经验,从物质激励和精神激励两个角度提出了具体方法和有效措施。

Abstract:An effective activation mechanism has important operational significance on enterprise human resources management and enterprise going from strength to strength. Analyzed currently most enterprises used conventional activation mechanism mode, substances, status quo, exiting problems and negative effects and disadvantages from irrational activation mechanism. Discussed how to establish and actualize effective activation mechanism and combined with self practical experiences put forward concrete methods and effective measures from both material and spiritual activations.
