| Abstract: | Land consolidation and rehabilitation (LCR) has been a new growth- point of land science till now. Based on concerned theories of land science and combining with present tasks and practices of LCR in China, this paper probes the theories of LCR as following: phase theory, market theory, wide- field theory, regional differentiation theory, benefit unifying theory and residential environment theory. |
