秦皇岛市海岸带地下水资源的合理开采利用

随着经济的发展，在沿海地区地下水补给量减少，开采量增加，造成地下水超采，地下水位持续下降，部分地区形成地下水位下降漏斗，地下水污染面积扩大，原有稳定、良性的地下水均衡被破坏，引起海水入侵、湿地减少等生态环境问题。在地下水长期监测的基础上，建立了地下水资源管理模型，对地下水资源环境进行了承载力分析，计算了生态水量；提出了严格控制地下水开采量，促进地表水与地下水良性循环，保护湿地，改良恢复水环境，保障水资源循环利用等措施。

Rational Development of Groundwater Resources on the Coastal Zone of Qinhuangdao

This study shows the present conditions of groundwater in the coastal area of Qinhuangdao after a long-term monitoring the water table.The results tell us that the groundwater recharge decreases and exploitation increases in the coastal area,leading to an overexploitation of the groundwater,drop of the water table,falling funnel in some areas,expansion of polluted area,destruction of the original steady and good groundwater equilibrium,invasion of seawater,and decrease of wetland.We establish the groundwater resource management pattern,analyze the bearing capacity of the water environment,and calculate ecologic water volume.We give suggestion that exploitation of groundwater should be strictly controlled to guarantee the good circulation of surface and underground water,protect wetland,improve water environment and keep rational application of groundwater resources.
