| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the reasons of the subsidence of buildings in a newly-built district, and indicates the layout of measurement datum point and observation sites of subsidence. It also proposes that the measurement should be strengthened during the construction process of buildings. Diversity subsidence and understructure declination are discussed. Significance of subsidence measurement of buildings is also dissertated by construction instances. |
