| Abstract: | We have analyzed the observed frequency distributions of SID flare days for the different sunspot magnetic classes, taking flare days as well as  no flare days into account. We find that there is no significant difference between any observed distribution for a specific magnetic class, and the Poisson random theoretical distribution, computed for that class.St. Augustine, Trinidad, West Indies.Cave Hill, St. Michael, Barbados, West Indies. |
