| Abstract: | Because of the threatening of global "greenhouse effects", the control o-surface subsidence is of very important practical and strategic significance in coastal areas where the land is low and flat in natural environmental geological condition and which have a large-scale economic construction and devf elopment of harbours and industrial cities. This paper makes a systematic discussion on reasonable development and management of groundwater and on systematic control of surface subsidence. |
