基于TM1300的G.723.1语音编解码器的实时实现

摘    要:简要介绍了G.723.1编解码算法原理和TM 1300定点DSP芯片,针对该芯片的硬件结构特点,设计了一套运行于TM 1300之上的实时语音信号采集-编解码-播放的可行方案。讨论了G.723.1语音编解码器在定点TM 1300上实时实现的关键技术及在具体实现过程中的问题,并提出了相应的解决方法。试验结果表明,单片的TriMedia 1300能实现至少5路实时G.723.1语音编解码。

Abstract:In this paper a brief introduction to the fundamental principle of ITU_T G.723.1 encoding & decoding algorithms is firstly carried out. Subsequently, some main features about the fixed_point DSP chip TM1300 such as hardware structure , the principles of audio input and output, embedded operating system running on TM1300 DSPCPU are introduced. On the basis of the above introduction, this paper designs a set of feasible project running on TM1300 for real time speech sampling, speech encoding, decoding and playing aim to hardware structure characteristic of the chip.In order to come up to the real time requirement, the fixed_point algorithm of G.723.1 is improved with this understanding of passing all test sequences provided by ITU_T.The key technologies with real time implementation of G.723.1 speech coder on TM1300 is discussed emphatically in this paper;which mostly include the design with systemic overall framework, material algorithm optimizations and the principle of program code optimizations which is generalized according to the structural feature of TriMedia DSPCPU. At the same time , some problems which are met in the process of specific realization are also discussed.In addition,the corresponding resolution are brought forward in this paper. The experiment shows that at least 5 ways of speech encoder and decoder can be carried out on single TriMedia 1300 simultaneously.
