摘 要: | 鱼类在单向脉冲电场中明显地趋向阳极,称为趋阳反应。这是目前国内外广泛采用的电渔法的生物学依据。在甲壳类动物中,有些具有与鱼类一致的趋向性,有些则正好相反。而国内电捕虾则是根据趋阳性设计的。至于中国对虾(Penaeus orientalis)在脉冲电场下的趋向性,至今尚未见报道。 随着国内对虾养殖业的迅速发展,对养殖技术提出了越来越高的要求。为了探索在养虾池内用电场进行对虾集群、驱赶以及鱼、虾分

THE GALVANOTAXIS OF PENAEUS ORIENTALIS IN LOW FREQUENCY PULSE ELECTRIC FIELD |

Abstract: | The galvanotaxis of Penaeus orientalis in low frequency pulse electric field is discussed in this paper. The experiment result shows that the galvanotaxis of Penaeus orientalis in unidirectional pulse electric field is cathodetaxis, opposed to that of fishes. The bouncing reaction threshold depends on the width of the pulse wave, and their relation cures are much similar to the strength-duration cures of nerve-muscle response. It indicates that the current stimulates the nerve and muscle directly. The Metapenaeus has the same cathodetaxis as the Penaeus orientalis. |
