摘    要:按照雷电灾害造成的人员伤亡和经济损失大小等情况,依据气象灾害评估分级处置标准,将雷电灾害划分为7个等级,并确定了等级划分标准。从造成雷电灾害的致灾因子、孕灾环境和承灾体系统出发,根据我国雷电灾害发生的特点,选取了地闪密度(或雷击密度)、雷灾频数、人口密度和人均GDP作为评估雷电灾害发生潜势的指标,并以珠江三角洲5市为例介绍了评估方法。

Abstract:According to the standards of meteorological disaster evaluating grades, as well as personnel casualties and property loss, thunder and lightning disasters are divided into 7 grades, and the corresponding standards are determined. Based on the characteristics of thunder and lightning occurrence in China, considering disaster-inducing factors, disaster-breeding environments, and disaster-bearing objects, the density of ground lightning (or the density of lightning strike), the occurrence frequency of thunder and lightning disasters, the population density, and GDP per capita are chosen as indexes to evaluate the occurrence potential of thunder and lightning disasters, and examples are given.
