| 摘 要： | 运用协整理论分析了1987-2004年间新疆水资源利用与经济增长的关系,证明了干旱地区的水资源利用与GDP增长之间存在着协整关系.且给出了这种长期的均衡关系,并根据新疆目前生产力的发展趋势,利用ECM误差修正模型,预测了新疆2006-2010年间年均经济增长速度为9%的所需供水总量,反演了基于生态环境保护和水资源承载能力前提下适宜的经济增长速度.
