摘    要:介绍了一个基于移动GIS和电子海图的船舶航线显示与监控系统的结构、功能设计及其实现的关键技术。该系统利用国产地图缩编软件GENTOOL研制开发,具有地图数据多比例尺叠加、时空数据分辨率匹配、实时监视与报警等特点。

Abstract:The Paper introduces a ship navigation and monitoring system based on mobile GIS and electronic chart in order to ensure safe navigation. The structure and function of the system have been designed and the system has been built based on GENTOOL. The key technologies are map data multi-scale overlaying,space and time data resolution match,real-time surveillance and warning and so on.
