摘    要:用激光束扫描淀积的方法 ,成功地在 Zr O2 (Y)、L a Al O2 基片上原位生长高质量的YBa2 Cu3 O7-x高温超导薄膜 ,其临界温度达到 90 K以上 ,SEM及 XRD分析表明 ,薄膜沿 C轴择优外延生长 ,其结晶性很好 ,表面光滑均匀

Abstract:By means of laser beam scanning ablation, high Tc YBCO superconducting film can be prepared in situ on subtrates such as ZrO 2(Y) and LaAlO 3. The Tc of these films are more than 90K. The films are of c-axis orientation, good-crystallinity and high quality according to SEM and XRD.
