热层氧原子基态3P的精细结构能级的激发温度

摘    要:本文讨论热层中氧原子与电子及中性粒子的碰撞,对氧原子在基态2P43P的精细结构能级上布居的影响。计算了750K和2000K两个热层模式的、夜间和白昼、140至400公里高度间的精细结构能级激发温度。计算中,采用了一系列3P1态的中性粒子碰撞去激发等效截面的假设值。基于Takao Tohmatsu由研究日气晖氧原子1302埃三重线相对强度提出的意见,得到各热层状态的激发温度下限值。

Abstract:In this paper, the effect of collisions of oxygen atom in the thermosphere with, electrons and neutral particles on the population of oxygen atom in the fine structure levels of the ground state 2p4 3P is discussed. The excitation temperature of the fine structure levels at heights between 140 and 400 km were ealculated for both the night-time and day-time conditions in the 750K and 2000K model thermospheres. In the calculation, a series of values for the equivalent cross section for neutral particles im-pact de-excitation of 3P1 level were adopted. Based on Takao Tohmatsu's suggestion derived from the study on the intensity ratio of the OI 1302 A triplet in the day air-glow, the lower limits of excitation temperature for various thermospheric conditions have been obtained.
