当代大学生学习动机现状与原因分析

针对当今大学生学习动机复杂多样或急功近利、肤浅、浮躁日益严重的现状，对大学生学习动机的主要表现进行了问卷调查，总结出了大学生学习动机的主要特点是缺乏远景性学习动机。远景性学习动机缺乏的原因主要是：缺乏挫折体验，知难而退；就业压力过大，削减了学生的学习热情；社会缺乏有效的信念引导；价值观物质化、功利化、眼前化等等。远近景学习动机刘大学生学习有着交织互补的作用，而远景性学习动机是大学生学习长久坚持下去的主要动力，也才能使学习本身具有社会意义。

Analysis of learning motivation of current university students

The main reason that the students lack long-range learning motivation is the shortage of failed experience.As a result they retreat when they meet difficulty.The high pressure of the employment reduces the study enthusiasm and the society lacks valid guide of faith such that the materialized utilitarian short-range values form.The long-range and short-range learning motivation has complementary function on the study of the university students.Especially the long-range learning motivation is the main motivation supporting the students to study unremittingly and gives study itself the social meaning.
