第三方物流企业的区位影响因素研究

随着市场经济的不断发展、技术水平的不断提高以及企业内部管理的日益完善,生产和销售领域以外的运输、储存、配送等物流环节中蕴藏着巨大潜力.企业为了追求利润的最大化,对物流各环节的功能进行扩充和整合,物流活动逐步从生产、交易和消费过程中分化出来,成为一种专业化的、由独立的经济组织承担的新型经济活动,该独立的经济组织即为"第三方物流"企业.第三方物流企业的正确选址可有效地降低物流成本,提高物流运作效率和服务水平.文章在对第三方物流企业的特点和地位进行阐述的基础上,对第三方物流企业进行区位影响因素分析,并运用层次分析法来确定其主要影响因素,最后应用实例加以论证说明.

Position Influencing Factors of Third-party Logistics Enterprise

The market economy is increasingly developing.At the same time,the improvement in technology and internal management of enterprises is greater and greater.So there is more potential in transportation,storage,and distribution besides producing and marketing.In order to gain the maximal profits,the enterprises expand and integrate the functions of different logistics sections.As a result,the logistics become an independent activity from production,trade and consummation and is performed by an individual economy organization.This organization is called the third-party logistics enterprise.The right position of the third-party logistics enterprise can lower logistics cost and improve the operation efficiency and service.In this dissertation,the author analyses the influencing factors for third-party logistics enterprise's location and apply AHP based on the trait and status of the third logistics enterprise,establish an index system and estimation matrix of different levels on the basis of experts' judgment.Then ascertain the main influencing factors according to the weight of different factors.At last,use an example to dissertate.
