摘    要:港口工程中,波浪是一个非常重要的问题,港工建筑物的设计、港口平面布局的确定、航道淤积量的计算等均需了解和掌握本海区的波浪情况,所以编制本系统的宗旨就是使由外海波浪要素推算到港区泊稳计算等一系列繁琐复杂的波浪推算工作都尽可能地通过计算机来实现,从而减轻工作强度、提高工作效率。该系统目前包括五个模块、即外海波浪要素推算模块,P-Ⅲ型适线分析模块,浪波浅水变形计算模块、港区波浪绕射计算模块和不同累积频率波高换算模块。从本系统在国内几个港口中的使用情况来看,计算结果是令人满意的。

Abstract:Wave is a very important problom in harbor engineeering.We must know the wave condition in the sea area before desingning the harbor structures,determining the overall arrangement and calculating the amount of deposit. The purpose of creating this system is to makeit possible that a series of complex works for wave calculation can be finished by computer, thus cutting down our workload and raising efficiency.There are five blocks in this system. i.e.the block of wave calculation in depp-water, the block of P-3 analysis, the block of wave refraction in shallow water area, the block of wave diffraction in harbor area and the block of conversion for wave hight with different accumuration frequences.We have used this system in several harbors in China and the resultes of calculation are satisfactory.
