上海城市内部高新技术产业区位研究

新经济时代，高新技术产业已成为许多区域经济持续发展的主导力量，关于高新技术产业区位的研究逐步成为城市经济理论研究中非常活跃的领域。文章借助GIS手段，实证研究了上海市高新技术企业，深入探讨了具有高投入、高产出、高风险、产品生命周期短等特点的高新技术产业区位选择的特殊性。发现作为高新技术企业创新源的高校及科研院所，与高新技术产业之间存在着区位上的相互接近性；另一方面，由于市中心区高昂地价和过度城市化所造成的限制，高新技术产业的区位又具有向已有一定发展的边缘城市分散、聚集的趋势。

The High-tech Enterprise Location in Shanghai City

In the era of the new economy, the high-tech enterprise has become the main strength in the sustainable development of regional economy. And the research in the location of high-tech enterprise has become one of the most active areas in the urban economy theory study. This paper takes Shanghai high-tech enterprises as a case and discussed the particularity of high-tech industry's location choice by GIS. At last we come to the conclusion: on one hand, college and university as regional innovation sources have adjacent with high-tech industry; on the other hand, due to the limit caused by high land price in downtown and over-urbanization,the location has the trend of conglomeration and decentralization to edge city.
