面向服务的城市管网综合管理系统设计

针对市政部门对城市管网的数字化管理的多样化需求,设计实现一个面向服务的城市管网综合管理系统。搭建系统的基本架构,剖析系统的主要功能,解决包括Silverlight富客户端技术、ArcGIS Server服务发布和服务扩展(SOE)技术及服务权限控制技术等系统构建的关键技术,实现web端的管线地图浏览、管线空间分析、数据打包输出、在线制图等专业功能。该系统具有复用性强、易扩展与集成、安全性高和用户体验好等特点,为包括城市综合管网在内的web端的GIS系统的构建提供良好的解决思路。

Design of service-oriented urban pipeline management system

A service-oriented urban pipeline management system is proposed to meet diversified demands of municipal administrative department for the Urban Pipeline Digital Management .Firstly ,it designs the system architecture ,and analyzes the basic functional requirements .T hen ,it focuses on solving some key technology to build this system ,including the Silverlight rich client technology ,service publishing and service extension (SOE ) technology in ArcGIS Server ,and services’ rights management technology . Finally ,it implements the system’s professional functions ,such as pipeline map view ,pipeline analysis ,data packing and online mapping .The system is of reusable ,easy expansion and integration ,high security and good user experiences etc .,which provides a good solution to the construction of web-side GIS system including the Urban Pipeline Management .
