沸石承载制备光催化材料的研究

摘    要:采用具有架状结构的天然沸石为基体,负载ZnO制得性能优异的光催化材料.在普通日光照射下,该催化剂对甲基橙具有良好的光降解效果.采用XRD、IR、SEM等手段对样品的晶相及形貌进行分析,结果表明,ZnO在水相体系中可直接在矿物表面生长,且沸石的结构对甲基橙的光解脱色起到了重要作用.

Abstract:A photo-catalysis material with good functions has been made up of ZnO carried by natural zeolites with frame structure. The results show that the catalysis material has a very good degradation effect on methyl orange aqueous solution under solar light. Analyses about crystal phases, chemical bonds and micro-images by XRD, IR and SEM show that ZnO in aqua system with zeolites present can be formed directly on mineral surfaces. It is verified that the special structure of zoelites plays an important role in the degradation and discoloration to methyl orange under solar light.
