摘    要:该文简要介绍了基于VC 开发的运行于Windows环境下的气象要素客观预报集成系统软件的设计。该软件采用模块化设计方案,系统界面采用灵活直观的菜单方式和美观便捷的按钮方式。文中详细描述了该软件各模块的主要功能以及软件实现和操作的具体过程。借助MICAPS平台和GrADS平台实现的文本和图形显示功能是该系统提供给用户的主要输出方式。实践证明整个系统运行稳定,具有实用性和可扩展性强的特点。

Abstract:The aim and the design of Meteorological Element Objective Forecast Integrated System based on VC are briefly introduced.The overall aim,the framework,the function and the software framework of the system are introduced briefly and then the software modules' function and these functions' realization are illustrated in detail. The system is devised according to the demands of the weather forecast operation,and it is operated under Windows environment.The system may bring the forecaster's subjectivity into play,for example the forecaster can analyze those forecast factors,add the forecaster's experiences into forecasting model.Finally,a forecast is made by integrating various methods.That is to say,the system can help the forecaster to make the best of various observed information,and several forecast means can be adopted,several forecast results can be integrated,and an optimization forecast result is formed.In a word,the overall aim of the system is to integrate the experiment of numerical product's interpretation and application methods,as well as the forecast operation and MICAPS and GrADS,then to set up a comparatively integrity National-level Meteorological Element Objective Forecast Integrated System,it must has a uniform criterion with convenient operation,strong expansibility,and easy maintenance.After analyzing the system's whole function,the modularization design is adopted to make the system into modules.The system is divided into two big modules,the integrated research module is offered to the researchers,and the operation execution module is offered to the forecasters.The two big modules are divided into some small modules.The modules' function,and the concrete course that the software is realized and operated are introduced.The system's user interface uses the convenient button way,and the operation adopts the flexible menu way.Users can avoid the complicated shell language,and the operation and the maintenance of the system are very easy.The main output that the system offers to the users is the text and figure.And the system's display of the text and figure is based on the MICAPS and GrADS software.At present,the(system's) whole framework has been established,and the(system's) main functions have been realized.The system runs stably,and has the characteristics of strong practicability and expansibility.The(system's) implementation and application will improve the working efficiency of the weather forecast operation greatly.The integrated system still needs constant improvement and construction,and is in the hope of being put into operation as soon as possible.The developing direction in the future should be based on opening and standardization to reach the highly sharing of information,thus meet weather forecast operation's demands better.
