地籍数据库建设工作是现代地籍管理工作的基础,在实际工作中已形成一套成熟的技术路线和数据标准.近年城市建设范围的迅速扩展对土地管理工作提出高要求,而地籍管理工作是土地管理的基础,所以地籍数据库的建设必须紧跟新区建设的步伐.在实际工作中老城区地籍数据库的建设方法并不适合在新区使用,为了提高新区地籍数据库建设工作的效率,本文对该工作进行了探索与创新.

Cadastral database construction is the foundation of modern cadastral management work, has formed a set of mature technology route and data standard in practical work. In recent years, the rapid expansion of city construction range set high demands for land management, cadastral management is the foundation of land management. So the construction of cadastral database must keep up with the pace of the new construction. In practical work, it is not suitable for the construction of the old urban cadastral database method in the district to use. In order to improve the efficiency of the new cadastral database construction work, this paper has carried on the exploration and innovation on the job.
