| 摘 要： | 针对目前全国各地陆续开展的农村宅基地地籍调查工作,本文以江苏省为例,在已经实际开展调查的基础上,总结了农村宅基地地籍调查实施过程中的几个关键环节,形成了一套开展该项工作的基本思路和方法,即利用已有的宅基地调查资料结合外业勘丈,套合影像进行实地核实或重新施测的调查方法.

| Abstract: | Recently, cadastral surveying on rural housing land is rapidly developing in China. Based on actual survey, ttns pa- per takes Jiangsu Province for example, summarizes several key steps in cadastral surveying on rural housing land and forms a set of theories and methods of this work, which by means of existing housing land investigation information and field reconnais- sance, then field verification or reconnaissance by image covering. |
