构建现代化国家高程基准框架建设若干问题的探讨

本文通过对多年来国家一、二等水准测量的分析总结,探讨了建设国家现代化高程基准的设计准则和国家一、二等水准路线踏勘选埋方法,对观测中存在误差的处理技术;通过对数字水准仪的测试和分析总结,指出了选购和使用数字水准仪时应该注意的技术问题。对于构建国家现代化测绘体系的高程基准框架建设及地方高等级水准测量中的若干关键问题提出了具体的建议。

Discuss on building modern national height datum framework

Based on the analysis on the national first and second order leveling which were accomplished these years,the author proposed design idea of building national modern height datum as well as methods of making an on-the-spot survey and layout of the leveling lines.It also gave the definite proposal of how to reducing error in observation by in-depth research and analysis.Finally,the author proposed methods of how to choose the digital leveling instruments through testing and summarizing.
