| Abstract: | The characteristics of the development of real estate and the urban communications in Guangzhou City are analyzed, their relations and mutual influences are discussed. Then a tactics of coordinate development of urban traffic and real estate is put forward. It is suggested that communications development should provide a fore service for the real estate exploitation, a good communications plan should be made, integrated urban and rural development should be guided, and the capacity of road system should be enhanced, so as to promote the sustainable development of real estate and communications in Guangzhou. |
