海藻主要药用成分的研究和展望

对海藻主要药用成分的研究进行了综述。海藻内含有大量有益于人类健康的药用活性成分 ,其多糖、不饱和脂肪酸、蛋白质、氨基酸、多肽、牛磺酸、多萜、甾类和酶等成分具有抗凝血、降血压、降血脂、抗肿瘤等独特功能 ,可用于预防和治疗高脂血症、动脉硬化、肿瘤等多种疾病 ,改善人体微循环 ,并可用于生产中、老年人抗衰老、抗疲劳及增强免疫力的保健品 ,现已在医药、食品、工业等各个领域得到广泛的应用 ,并有着广阔的开发前景。

Study of the main drug components in seaweeds

Seaweeds contain large amounts of drug active components beneficial for human health. All of these components, such as succharide, polyunsaturated fatty acid, protein, polypeptide, taurine, terpenoids, steroid and enzyme etc, have special functions of anticoagulation, lowering blood pressure and fat and antifamor, and can be used to prevent and treat many deseases such as high blood fat, arteriosclerosis and famor and to improve microcirculation of humance body. They can also be used to make health products for middle\|aged and old people to fight ager and fatigue and to enhance immunity. They have already been used in medical and other fields and possess broad prospects of exploitation.
