城乡统筹下规划管理工作的改革与思考——以南京城乡统筹规划工作为例

文章在对南京城乡规划工作进行回顾与反思的基础上,分析了当前南京城乡统筹发展面临的形势和问题,指出统筹南京全域规划工作的总体思路。最后,笔者从"全域统筹,一体发展"的大南京城乡空间格局下,提出了南京城乡规划管理工作的策略应对。

THINKING OF URBAN AND RURAL PLANNING MANAGEMENT BASED ONURBAN AND RURAL DEVELOPMENTCASE OF NANJING

on the basis of review and reflection about the work of Nanjing urban and rural planning ,the article analyzed the current situation and problems about the development of urban and rural areas in Nanjing,pointed out the general thinking of co-ordination of the Nanjing domain planning.At last,auther proposed strategies to deal with the management of urban and rural planning in Nanjing, from the urban and rural spatial pattern of large Nanjing of lobal co-ordination, integration and development.
